Can you deliver to my hotel or holiday cottage?
Yes. Delivery is available to hotels, cottages, homes and venues across Kent, East Sussex and Surrey.
Are helmets included?
Yes. Helmets and essential equipment are provided with your hire.
What happens if the weather is poor?
Please contact us as early as possible if severe weather is forecast. Our booking terms explain cancellation and rescheduling options.
Can you collect the bikes afterwards?
Yes. Optional return collection is available, including collection from a different address.
