Returns and Cancellation Policy

We are recognised dealers for Synch, Batribike and Oxygen offering a contract to supply and transfer our suppliers goods. Customers purchasing from us will enter into a sales contract with Country Hire and Go Electric Bikes and Sales Ltd Trading as Country Hire and Go.   


Orders for Synch bikes will be delivered directly to customers by Synch and so returns policy will be subject to their T&C’s. Found here:

Payments for bike purchases must be received prior to agreeing a date for delivery. We do not accept installments and the goods will remain our property until final payment of all sums owing has been received in full, by us at Country Hire and Go. 

Delivery charges are variable and subject to our suppliers and distance. We will only use external couriers at the request and cost to our customers.

We will not be liable for non-performances of our obligations caused or resulting from industrial disputes or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the company such as act of God, riots, civil commotion, flood, fire and legislation.

Batribike and Oxygen bikes can be either collected from us or delivered to you and will be ready to ride. Delivery timescales will be subject to our suppliers stock levels and delivery times. We will endeavour to deliver within 7 days from the day after we receive the goods from our supplier.  All items supplied to you remain our property until final payment of all sums owing in respect of those goods has been received in full by us.


Returns and Cancellations:


Unwanted goods must be returned within 14 days and must be unused, undamaged and in the original packaging.

Cancellations will be accepted where delivery of the goods are outside the agreed times. Customers shall advise us in all circumstances where the delivery date is critical to the purchase for entitlement to a full refund if we have failed to deliver on time.

Where the bikes delivered are not as described, the customer must notify us within a reasonable timescale and no later than 14 days from the day the order is received.

Repairs and replacements will be subject to the suppliers T&C’s and warranty of sale. Collections under the warranty will be subject to the nature of the repair and may not be required in all circumstances.
