Once used as ammunitions dump during the second world war, today this nationally important site boasts carpets of beautiful blue and purple bluebells between the months of March and May each Spring. As well as these spectacularly delicate blooms the site also homes over 200 species of flora and 288 species of moth fauna including orthosis populeti. Our E-bikes are the perfect way to cover the hilly countryside and with pedal assistance only a basic fitness level is required. Cruise almost effortlessly along those country cycleways, covering more distance in less time. Our team are on hand to collect and deliver the ebike by one of our local carry riders.
This colourful tour is a circular route including three recommendations for local eateries with allocated time to stop for lunch.
